Meet Your Wellness Team
Kelly Enkoff   Kelly Enkoff

Kelly is a certified wellness coach who lives and plays in Indianapolis, Indiana and has an endless fascination for self-development & personal growth. With a degree in physical education, minor in psychology, four years experience as a collegiate athlete, and hundreds of hours of training in professional coaching and development programs, Kelly combines life coaching with fitness and nutrition to guide clients to wellness balance.

Focusing around the unique question "Where's Your Come From?" Kelly uses 15 guiding illustrations to center and assist clients to live their life from Vision, Possibility, and Intention.

Kelly's philosophy of wellness coaching is that of a mountain guide. She does not climb the mountain for her clients. Rather she is their ally to plan the climb, examine what is needed for the climb, assist in determining the climbing path, and gives support and suggestions along the way to get to the top of the mountain. But the mountain is the client's, and it is the client's flag that is planted when they reach the summit!

Jennifer Enkoff Wright Jennifer Enkoff Wright

Jennifer is thrilled to be sharing her love of healthy living with The Globally Inspired Life program.

Nicknamed "Florence Nightingale" by her fourth grade teacher, it was obvious that Jennifer's path would involve caring for others. After working as a Registered Nurse for ten years Jennifer decided to focus on prevention rather than disease. Knowing that movement, nutrition, and stress reduction are the keys to optimal health Jennifer became certified in yoga and nutrition in 2005. After gaining three years of teaching experience, Jennifer opened W Wellness & Yoga in the spring of 2008 where she is a yoga/fitness instructor and nutrition coach.

She enjoys working in a field where people are able to become a better version of themselves in mind, body, and spirit. Whether you are joining Jennifer for yoga/fitness classes, nutrition classes, or cooking classes she will be your best encourager.

Laura Wilson

Laura Wilson has been cooking and baking since she was a very young girl. Starting out beside her mom, then going on through many years of 4-H and FHA, she learned the fundamentals and how to design fresh, healthy meals, incorporating all the food groups in delicious ways.

As an adult, she has attended many cooking classes in the United States and Europe. She is delighted to see people returning to their kitchens and the rebirth of the family meal. She enthusiastically embraces the wonderful culinary influence of all the cultures our ever-connected world has to offer.

Laura is the founder and owner of La Dolce Vita and currently works and teaches cooking classes at Williams Sonoma. She counts as her influential people Carolyne Roehm, Ina Garten, Frances Mayes, and of course, her sweet mother.
